In a recent episode of The O’Reilly Factor, an interesting topic of choice came about. Criminal defense attorney Joe Tacopina joined O’Reilly in a discussion about the possible road to disbarment for two NY public defense lawyers , Ryan Napoli and Kumar Rao .
The two lawyers made appearances in Uncle Murda’s “Hands Up” video and sparked a bit of controversy. Tacopina states “this actually could be considered inciting a riot, a class a misdemeanor “. He also feels that they are obligated as lawyers to stay clear of situations that can question what side of the “justice” system they are on. He even reminds people “the rapper’s name is Uncle Murda” .
Does anyone else sense an urge to incite a request for action from the state of NY?
